This Developer_Direct will offer an in-depth look at four upcoming games, with one remaining a mystery until the event. The lineup includes:
- South of Midnight (Compulsion Games): An action-adventure game set in a mystical American South, where players, as Hazel, must master magic to combat mythical creatures and save her mother. Launching in 2025 on Xbox Series X|S and Steam.
- Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 (Sandfall Interactive): A turn-based RPG with real-time combat mechanics, following Gustave and Lune as they attempt to stop a being known as the Paintress from erasing people from existence. Coming to Xbox Series X|S, PS5, Steam, and the Epic Store in 2025.
- DOOM: The Dark Ages (id Software): A prequel to Doom (2016), this first-person shooter plunges players into a techno-medieval world as the Doom Slayer battles hellish forces. Expect a new arsenal, including a throwable bladed shield. Launching in 2025 on Xbox Series X|S, PS5, and Steam.
- A Surprise Game: Xbox is keeping this one under wraps! All will be revealed during the Developer_Direct.
