HoYoverse has officially announced the launch date for Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.7, titled 'Bury Your Tears with the Past,' set to roll out on April 23rd. This update marks the culmination of Season 1's narrative arc, promising to tie up loose ends and unveil crucial plot points.
What's in Store in Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.7?
The long-awaited resolution to the Sacrifice crisis will be unveiled, shedding light on Vivian's intricate backstory and finally clarifying Hugo's fate. After Hugo's dramatic plunge into the Hollow, tensions between Mockingbird and TOPS have escalated, prompting the Mayor to dispatch a special Void Hunter-rank investigator.
Joining Vivian, Proxies will venture into hostile territory to pursue the Sacrifice Core. Vivian confronts her past, while the Exaltists' conspiracy begins to unravel, promising a thrilling continuation of the story. Here's the Character Lineup
Two new S-Rank Agents from Mockingbird will make their debut. Vivian, an Ether Anomaly Agent, wields a parasol and rapier, specializing in dealing significant Corruption damage, especially when combined with other characters' EX Special Attacks. Hugo, the second new addition, is an Ice Attack Agent equipped with a suitcase that transforms into a scythe. His ability to trigger the Totalize effect on stunned enemies enhances damage based on the remaining stun duration.
Robin, Mockingbird's agile Bangboo partner, joins the fray with cards that produce random effects. Additionally, Jane, the Physical Anomaly Agent, and Lighter, the Fire Stun Agent, will have their banners rerun during Version 1.7.
Version 1.7 also introduces new events to Zenless Zone Zero. 'Say It With Flowers' invites players to manage a flower shop, fulfilling design requests and crafting floral arrangements. Completing commissions will unlock a permanent floral arrangement mini-game in Quality Time mode, along with exclusive rewards.
