Adventure Mode
Embark on an exciting journey through the Adventure Mode, starting with daytime levels that gradually transition into more challenging nighttime scenarios. At the outset of each level, choose from an expanding roster of plants. Begin with two plants and two slots, which increase as you progress, unlocking up to thirty unique plants and ten slots. Navigate through the game's five lanes, where zombies advance toward your home. Deploy various plants, each with distinct abilities, to halt the zombies' advance. Accumulate "sun" to plant your defenses—earn it freely during daytime or through specific sun-producing plants. If a zombie breaches your defenses and reaches the end of a lane, a lawnmower will clear them out. However, a second breach on the same lane spells game over.
Mini-Games
Enhance your gaming experience with nine different mini-games, each offering eight unique levels:
- Light Up Stars: Strategically place Starfruit in designated spots to illuminate and complete the level.
- Slot Machine: Let the slot machine decide your plant placements as you fend off an endless wave of zombies until you reach your sun goal.
- Little Zombie: Confront hordes of mini-zombies using a conveyor belt-supplied array of plants. Remember, save your bombs for the big waves!
- Last Stand: Survive 3-5 rounds with a fixed selection of ten plants, no sun-producing plants allowed, starting with 3000-5000 sun and gaining an extra 250 sun per round.
- Zombie Quick: Experience the game at double speed, affecting zombies, plants, projectiles, and sun collection.
- Invisible Zombies: Use the magic conveyor belt's plants to detect and defeat unseen zombies, utilizing tools like the ice-shroom.
- Bowling: Roll trees, palm trees, and tomato bombs to strike zombies and potentially cause chain reactions.
- Push Pumpkin: Navigate a zombie to push pumpkins into targets, as pulling is not an option.
- Dotman: Guide the Piranha flower through a maze, consuming dots and evading four colorful zombies.
