We've noticed that some users on Android 11 are experiencing an immediate crash upon launching the app. If you're one of them, don't worry—there's a workaround. Try performing an "Erase Storage" which should allow the app to start up normally. However, please be aware that this action will erase your "parking lot posting history," and unfortunately, this history cannot be restored.
Procedure:
- Open "Settings."
- Open "Apps and Notifications."
- Tap "PP Park!" from the application list.
- Open "Storage and Cache."
- Tap "Erase Storage."
This issue stems from Android 11 itself, and Google is already aware of the problem. While we anticipate a fix from Google and device manufacturers, similar issues persist globally. We apologize for any inconvenience and recommend using "Erase Storage" if you encounter this issue.
