Shadow Ninja: A Side-Scrolling Action Game
Shadow Ninja is a side-scrolling action game with a dark art style. Players assume the role of Shimazu, a samurai whose son has been kidnapped and wife murdered by the evil demon Takeda, aided by another demon, Fudo. Takeda was sealed away by Shimazu ten years prior. Now, Shimazu seeks revenge and his son's rescue. The game demands strategic thinking, memorization, and a keen focus on avoiding traps.
Skills:
Samurai skills can be upgraded using coins and diamonds collected during gameplay:
- Dash: Effective in close combat, eliminating targets in a single strike, but ineffective at long range.
- Disappearing: Allows for stealth attacks, ambushing enemies unaware of the attack's origin.
- Throw Shuriken: Requires multiple throws to eliminate enemies, but useful for long-range attacks.
- Checkpoints: Fixed checkpoints, but players can place a new checkpoint at their current location after progressing through several levels.
