Epic Games has unveiled the thrilling new Battle Pass for Fortnite's upcoming season, aptly titled "Wanted." Forget codenames; this season dives straight into the action with a heist-centric theme. Expect a thrilling ride filled with armed villains, gold-laden getaway vehicles, and explosive bank vault break-ins.

Launching February 21st, "Wanted" features an exciting crossover with the iconic Mortal Kombat franchise. Sub-Zero himself joins the Battle Pass roster, perfectly complementing the season's robbery narrative.

This collaboration cleverly promotes the upcoming Mortal Kombat 2 film, starring Karl Urban as Johnny Cage and Adeline Rudolph as Kitana.

Skins will be available for purchase using V-Bucks, priced at the standard 1,500 V-Bucks per character.

Returning favorites include the Flare Gun, C4, and the Diplomat turret. While other weapons remain a mystery, speculation runs wild, with players anticipating the return of the EMP Grenade, classic SMGs, the Tommy Gun, and even the Grappler from previous heist-themed seasons (like Chapter 4 Season 4). These are currently unconfirmed rumors.

A standout new addition is Smart Building, a game-changer that anticipates your building needs based on your aiming direction.

The heist theme extends to gameplay mechanics, replacing keycards with vault breaches. Players will require Meltanite, Fortnite's version of thermite, to crack open these vaults and secure their rewards.
