Instantly check and top up the balance of your Moscow Troika transit card. Simple and easy.
The Moscow Troika card is a universal fare card accepted on all public transportation and by various city services like the Zoo and bike-sharing.
Use this app to instantly check your Troika card balance and buy tickets online, loading them directly onto your card via NFC using a compatible device.
The most anticipated app for Moscow public transport passengers!
ATTENTION! PLEASE READ!
Due to hardware differences, not all smartphones with NFC can read the specific contactless chips in Troika cards.
Electronic tickets are stored on the Troika card itself. Therefore, you need an NFC-enabled and compatible smartphone to write new tickets onto your card.
The electronic purse is a ticket type that lets you choose and load a specific monetary amount onto your card.
The app supports over 90 ticket types—covering all existing options—including MCD, MCR, and tickets for social cards (e.g., for students).
Securely enter your payment card details in the app to reserve funds. Your bank card data is never stored by us.
Remember to hold your Troika card against your device's NFC antenna (check your device manual for its exact location).
Your payment card is only charged after a new ticket is successfully written to your Troika card.
