Eliminate all the viruses by matching capsules of the same color.
The playing field is filled with viruses in three colors: red, yellow, and blue. As capsules descend, the player guides them by moving left or right and rotating to align them with viruses and existing capsule segments. Matching four or more capsule parts or viruses of the same color in a vertical or horizontal row removes them from the board. The primary goal is to beat each level by clearing every virus from the screen. The game ends if capsules pile up and block the bottle’s narrow opening.
Whenever a new game begins, players can choose their starting difficulty. The initial level—selected from zero to twenty—determines the number of viruses to clear, and three speed settings adjust how quickly capsules drop. Scoring depends only on viruses eliminated, without regard for completion time or capsules used. After finishing the highest difficulty level, players can keep playing for a higher score, but the number of viruses stays unchanged. Removing multiple viruses at once earns bonus points, though no extra points are awarded for chain reactions—when one removal triggers another. Game speed also influences the score: faster levels grant more points per elimination.
