Getting started is easy with just four simple steps:
- Register in the mobile application to create your account.
- Add a credit card (Visa, MasterCard) and top up your account with any amount that suits you.
- Select the closest charging station on the map and choose the appropriate connector for your vehicle.
- Connect your EV and press the "Start charging" button to begin the charging process.
For an even smoother experience, our app offers advanced search options. Use filters to find stations by power output—either 22 kW or 50 kW—and by connector types such as Type 2, CHAdeMO, and CCS. You can also check the availability of free charging stations and plan your route directly from the app using your smartphone's navigation system.
The E-mobility YASNO app provides a host of features designed to enhance your charging experience:
- Favorites List: Create a list of your preferred charging stations for quick and easy access.
- Push Notifications: Receive alerts about the start and completion of your charging sessions.
- Real-Time Monitoring: Keep track of your charging process, including speed, current volume, and the price of the session.
- One-Click Payment: Save your payment card within the app for seamless top-ups.
- Session History: Review detailed records of each charging session, including location, load schedule, time, and money spent.
- Personalized Access: Add your own cards or keychains to start and stop charging; just follow the in-app instructions when you're near a station.
- Auto-Replenishment: Set up automatic top-ups when your account balance reaches a minimum threshold.
