To make the most out of Eve Connect, your setup must meet the following requirements:
- Compatibility with Alfen’s Eve Single S-line and Eve Single Pro-line EV charging stations
- NG Firmware version 6.3 or higher is required
- Both the charging station and your mobile device must be connected to the same LAN network via an ethernet cable between the router and the charging station
- A first-time login password is necessary for the charging station
- An Active Load Balancing (ALB) license is required for solar charging functionality
