This app lets you check Ukrainian car information using the license plate or VIN. Whether you're buying a car or checking your own, this tool provides comprehensive vehicle history reports from official Ukrainian databases.
Key Features:
- Vehicle History: Access registration history, import date to Ukraine, and history on auto.ria.com (with photo authorization). Data also includes AutoScout24 and OpenDataBot information.
- Comprehensive Checks: Check by license plate number or VIN. Verify technical passports, vehicle passports, and Ukrainian passports.
- Financial Information: Check car insurance, and identify restrictions (debts, arrests, liens, loans) by owner's full name.
- Sales & Auction Data: Access data from RST, IAAI, Copart, and cars.com.
- Other Details: Obtain information on taxi licenses, theft reports (Interpol database), owner's region of residence, mileage, price, make, model, color, year, engine specs, vehicle type, body type, fuel type, photos, recall campaigns, and accident history.
Data Limitations:
The database includes information on vehicles registered in Ukraine since January 1, 2013. Data for vehicles registered before this date is unavailable in the public registry. The database is continuously being updated.
