Apple Arcade Announces March Lineup: Piano Tiles 2+ and Crazy Eights: Card Games+
While Apple Arcade subscribers are still enjoying Valentine's Day updates across various titles, Apple has revealed its March offerings. Two classic-inspired games are joining the subscription service on March 6th: Piano Tiles 2+ and Crazy Eights: Card Games+.
Piano Tiles 2+ offers a polished update to the original, boasting smoother gameplay and an expanded music library. Featuring a diverse range of musical styles from classical to dance and ragtime, players must rapidly tap black tiles while avoiding white ones to maintain rhythm and achieve high scores. This ad-free version of the globally popular game (over a billion players worldwide) provides a fresh experience for Apple Arcade users.
For card game enthusiasts, Crazy Eights: Card Games+ delivers a strategic twist on the classic. Players match cards by number or color, aiming to empty their hands first. However, the Arcade version introduces added complexity with features like stacking +2 cards and using wildcards, enhancing strategic depth. A competitive leaderboard and multiple game modes ensure sustained engagement.
Beyond these new releases, several existing Apple Arcade games are receiving updates:
- Bloons TD 6+: Introduces "Rogue Legends," a rogue-lite mode featuring randomly generated single-player campaigns.
- What The Golf?: And Wheel of Fortune Daily: Celebrate Valentine's Day with special themed content.
- Tomb of the Mask+: Adds a Samurai-themed color quest.
- A Slight Chance of Sawblades+: Introduces a new dinosaur character, Deeno, along with fresh sawblades and backgrounds.
- Castle Crumble: Features the new Mystic Marsh Kingdom, including 40 new levels, a new boss, and a conquest mode.
