Pokémon Go Fest 2024: Aquatic Paradise Event Details!
Just a week away from Pokémon Go Fest 2024 in NYC (July 5th-7th), Niantic is launching a global Aquatic Paradise event! This event runs from July 6th to 9th and brings some of the water-type Pokémon featured in the NYC event to trainers worldwide.
Get ready for increased water-type Pokémon encounters in the wild! Expect to see Horsea, Staryu, Wingull, Ducklett, and more. Using Incense will attract rarer Pokémon like Shellder, Lapras, Finneon, and Frillish, with a chance to encounter Shiny variants. Plus, enjoy a 2x XP bonus for catching Pokémon!
Field Research tasks will reward encounters with Corphish, Clamperl, Finneon, and Frillish. A global Collection Challenge will offer additional rewards and encounters.

For even more rewards, purchase the $1.99 Timed Research for extra exploration-focused quests. Rewards include Ducklett encounters, four Lucky Eggs, two Incense, and 20 Ducklett Candy.
