Pokémon TCG Pocket: Space-Time Smackdown & Trading Launch Dates
Trading arrives on January 29th, 2025, followed by the Space-Time Smackdown expansion on January 30th. This update also introduces stylish new binder and display board covers featuring Dialga, Palkia, and Darkrai.
The highly anticipated trading feature requires two new items: trade hourglasses and trade tokens. Currently, only cards from the Genetic Apex and Mythical Island expansions (rarity levels 1-4 and ★1) are tradeable. More cards will be added in future updates.
Space-Time Smackdown focuses on the Sinnoh region, introducing two new booster packs featuring the legendary Pokémon Dialga and Palkia, and boasting stunning new card artwork. Lucario, and the beloved Sinnoh starters—Turtwig, Chimchar, and Piplup—also join the roster. For a detailed look at what's coming, watch the video below:
