You can now accept or decline cases right from the "NEW CASES" section on the home page. Additionally, the long press functionality allows for multi-selecting cases, while you can search or filter cases by client, case type, dates, or accepted before status. All actions are meticulously logged in the case History, ensuring complete transparency and traceability.
