HOW ZAPPTAX WORKS
Getting your refund is straightforward:

2. Enter the dates of your stay in the European Union.
3. When shopping, request a “VAT invoice issued to ZappTax” from the merchant. Upload photos of your invoices directly in the app or email them to [email protected].
4. Before you leave, request your tax-free forms in the app. You’ll receive one or more documents summarizing all your purchases.
5. Get customs validation electronically before departing the EU. Scan the form's barcode at a self-service kiosk (like PABLO in France or DIVA in Spain) or present your passport to a customs officer in Belgium.
