Note 1: You can disable persistent notifications using one of these methods:
(A) Press and hold the notification, tap "All Categories" to access settings, and turn off "Background Services".
(B) Navigate to "Settings -> Apps -> Taiwan Weather", select "All Notifications", and disable "Background Service".
Note 2: Legacy GCM notifications were discontinued on April 11, 2019. Versions below 5.2.0 will no longer receive push alerts.
